All Profoto deep umbrellas have a deeper parabolic design compared to average umbrellas. The deeper design allows you to better control the light angle. The Translucent Umbrella is located between the subject and the light source. It reduces the contrast and creates a diffuse, soft light.

Flash umbrellas are the tool of choice for many photographers. This is understandable, as they are very easy to work with and can be taken anywhere. Profoto umbrellas meet exactly the same standards that apply to all our light shapers. They are available in 18 different versions. Thanks to the high quality materials and the surface-coated metal parts they are made of, Profoto umbrellas produce superior light and are extremely durable.
