If you want to enjoy excellent imaging performance without any worries, the slim, compact MONARCH HG 8x30 is a first-class choice.

First-class optics and large field of view
The MONARCH HG 8x30 is an excellent combination of high-precision optics and a lightweight, handy body. The field flattening lens system compensates for field curvature and ensures excellent detail sharpness right to the edge over the entire large field of view (60.3°). Spot birds in flight or on the ground, search coasts or mountains for wildlife, capture details of ancient ruins or modern buildings - all with outstanding clarity.

Brilliant and true-to-life color reproduction
The beauty of nature comes into its own when you can experience it in all its colorful glory. One reason for this is the use of ED glass (Extra-Low Dispersion), which enables excellent chromatic aberration correction and thus effectively reduces color fringing. Your image has a high resolution and finely nuanced colors. Another reason is the multi-layer coating of all lenses. It is perfectly tuned so that colors reach your eyes completely undistorted. In combination with the highly reflective dielectric multilayer mirror coating of the roof prism, it also maximizes light transmission for maximum brilliance. The combination of these cutting-edge optical technologies achieves a light transmission of at least 92% and therefore an extremely bright and sharp image. When birdwatching, you can be sure that colors are reproduced true to life, on city trips you won't miss any architectural details and when hiking or sailing, distant peaks or coasts come close.

Handy and weatherproof
The compact design of the MONARCH HG 8x30 knows no compromises - only the highest quality optics are built into the lightweight and robust body. With its slim magnesium alloy body, it weighs just 450 g. It is also waterproof and fog-free and can withstand even the toughest conditions. The binoculars are waterproof to a depth of 5 m for a period of 10 minutes and the nitrogen filling prevents fogging inside the optics, even in low-pressure environments up to 5000 m altitude. The durability is further enhanced by a scratch-resistant coating on the objective lenses. These binoculars make it easy for you to carry them around with you all day - and given their compact size, their high image quality will surprise you.

Versatile
Do you need to take a close look at shooting locations or track down wildlife for your photos? Whatever the purpose, the MONARCH HG 8x30 is a flexible companion. The binoculars help you to focus on what is important to you. The large, bright field of view allows you to plan your shots well in advance. And it is ideal for leisure use at home and when traveling. Whether you're surrounded by city lights, on a cruise, watching migratory birds or hiking in the forest, these binoculars will show you details in crystal clear focus.
