There are two different types of shoulder pads. The main difference is the bottom and the trim.

The SP10, SP15 and SP20 are constructed in the same basic design with very mildly padded, but very grippy, rubberized neoprene.

The SP40 and SP50 are new "extra comfort" versions that include an inner core of high density foam that conforms the shoulder pad to the shape of the shoulder. They also have leather trim on the edge for a more attractive finish.
