Fascinating macro shots guaranteed!
The AstrHori 18mm f/8 2X Macro Lens (equivalent to approx. 28mm) has a special design that enables unique shooting perspectives that cannot be achieved with normal macro lenses. The lens is equipped with a 33.5cm long and 23mm thin probe that allows 'slide-in' shooting in hard-to-reach places where conventional lenses do not have enough space. With a maximum magnification of 2:1 and a wide angle of 18mm, the Lens has an angle of view of 80 degrees and a greater depth of field, which is closest to the perspective of insects.

The built-in 5 watt ring light on the front, with 9 LEDs and USB-C connection, makes close-range illumination easy. A dimmable USB cable is included for the power supply. For videographers, the module 0.8 gears are very useful as they allow precise adjustment of distance and aperture via cine focusing devices.

The first 28cm of the front barrel of the Lens is waterproof, so you can easily shoot and film directly under the surface of water, in other liquids or in dusty environments. The front lens is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire glass.

Attention:
It is important to ensure that no moisture enters the USB socket.

Focus and aperture are set manually.
The front barrel can be easily removed for transportation and storage and stowed away in the case supplied.
